Can take Heavy Repercussions if you have low haste just to be able to have higher Shield Block uptime.
Some people are dropping Enduring Alacrity, Focused Vigor and taking Bloodsurge and Violent Outburst or 1 of them, but i personally do not see a point of it and think it's not that good to do it. Not saying don't do it - feel free to try it out.

Good thing of this Hero tree - Celeritous Conclusion which is giving you higher Shield Block uptime. Also have a bit more self healing but worse aggro.
