Here you will gain Painbringer which is around 2.5% extra DR and Soulmonger which is also not super strong (it`s showing good numbers in details but most of that absorb you could heal with souls anyway). And you lose a lot of prio/ST damage and also Sigil of Spite around 3% damage and Volatile Flameblood which is giving more Sould Cleaves and more often Apex talen proc -> Higher Meta uptime.
