It's basically old Keys WA packs with casts/sounds/bars and CD on nameplates. All these tools will help to get a lot more info and focus on the key with less stress.
You need to turn off BigWigs + LittleWigs + Kira Reminders in the plugin to not have double sounds and overlaps.
